This project aims to address some significant challenges posed by an old admin dashboard inherited from an acquisition. The existing platform lacked visual appeal, usability, and efficiency, resulting in a subpar user experience for our clients' administrators and staff. The system not only hindered the productivity of users but also left a negative impression of the company's commitment to excellence.

The old dashboard brought with it an antiquated design system that had not evolved with modern UX standards. The goal was to revamp the system entirely, transforming it into an intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interface that enhances productivity and overall user satisfaction. The redesign aimed to not only resolve usability issues but also align the admin dashboard with the company's branding and vision.

Due to the immense scale of this project, building a robust design system was really important. This component library serves as the foundation of the system, ensuring a seamless process for both design and engineering as it evolves over time.
